Our Business and higher-level plans include Extended Support from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 (CET), ensuring you get help whenever you need it most.
Enterprise Support 24/7
For our Enterprise customers, we offer 24/7 support, giving you round-the-clock access to a dedicated channel manager. Our team is always ready to respond quickly to your inquiries and assist you with any technical questions or problems. Please note that a minimum order quantity is required for Enterprise plans.
Additionally, all support plans include access to our comprehensive online knowledge base, detailed user manuals, and step-by-step guides to help you make the most of your AirID products.
Additionally, we offer a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months.
This manufacturer’s warranty can be extended to 24 months for a one-time fee of €20 (net).
The manufacturer’s warranty covers material and workmanship defects, ensuring that your device remains in perfect condition during the warranty period. In the event of a defect, we offer free repairs or replacement parts, provided the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty are met.
The extended warranty covers material and workmanship defects, as well as damage resulting from normal use.
Extending the warranty provides longer protection for your device and shields you from unexpected repair costs.
By combining the statutory warranty with the optional warranty extension, we offer you comprehensive protection and security for your device.
