1. Scope and Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to all purchases made by customers through our online shop at https://airid.com.
1.2 By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 The online shop offers the following products: AirID2 and AirID2 mini. Both products are available at the same price, which is clearly listed in our price list under a separate tab on our website.
2.2 All prices are in € (EURO) and are exclusive of VAT.
2.3 For all transactions in our online shop, the tax regulations and provisions of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. All prices are therefore subject to the statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applicable to an order will be the price stated at the time of order placement.
3. One-Time and Recurring Payments
3.1 One-Time Payments: Customers may purchase products through a one-time payment, which will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.
3.2 Recurring Payments: Certain products or services may be offered under a subscription or recurring payment model. The payment will be automatically charged at the agreed monthly intervals using the payment method selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
3.3 By choosing a recurring payment, you authorize iCard AD and PayPal, our payment processors, to automatically charge the agreed amount from your selected payment method at the specified intervals.
3.4 You can cancel your subscription or recurring payment at any time by contacting us at https://airid.com/support/ Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Payment Processing
4.1 All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processors, iCard AD, and PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of payment processing by iCard AD and PayPal.
4.2 We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, PayPal, and others as specified on the website.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We ship our products worldwide unless otherwise specified on the product page.
5.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
5.3 Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page and at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
6.1 You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
6.4 Please note that subscription fees for recurring payments are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 All hardware products are subject to a statutory warranty of 24 months in accordance with §§ 437 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB). In the first 6 months, the burden of proof lies with the seller; thereafter, it shifts to the buyer. In the event of defects, the buyer is entitled to repair or replacement.
7.2 In addition, we offer a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months, which can be extended to 24 months for a one-time fee of €20 (net).
7.3 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
9.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and you will be notified by email if significant changes are made.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, and will be construed in accordance with them.
10.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the seat of AirID GmbH in Oberhausen. The competent court is the District Court of Duisburg.
