With the new service and support area you always have a reliable service from certgate on your side – no matter whether you are planning and implementing a project or providing information on technical questions.
Without prior registration all users have access to questions and answers, drivers, SDKs, software and much more about the products cgCard, cgPhone, AirID and ONEKEY ID. In addition, the FAQs provide questions and answers on many topics, how-to’s with step-by-step instructions as well as further technical documentation on the products and services. The knowledge wiki is rounded up by a download center in which all files are available.
Service & Support replaces the previous restricted cgLabs area. All the information has been moved and is now available to everyone in a much faster and easier way.
If customers and partners already have their own access to their protected area, they can continue to use it as usual.
