To open a support ticket, please log in to our Jira support system by following these steps:

  1. log In: Go to the Jira Login Page and log in with your credentials. If you do not have access yet, please contact our support team to receive login details.
  2. Create Ticket: After logging in, click on “Create” to open a new support ticket.
  3. Enter Details: Fill in the required fields, such as summary of the issue, description, priority, and attachments (if needed). Provide as many details as possible to ensure quick processing.
  4. Submit: Click “Create” to submit your ticket. You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

You can track the status of your ticket at any time in the Jira system and add additional information if needed.
